Day 1: Vancouver to Pender Island
In the morning, you’ll make your way south to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal, and board a BC Ferry for an ocean sailing through fjord-like waters and past mountains blanketed with virgin forests and glaciated peaks. On arrival at the Otter Bay Terminal on North Pender Island, you’ll continue your journey by driving south for about 20 minutes, until you arrive at the resort on the South Island passing over a bridge that connects the two islands. At Poets Cove Resort, you can spend the rest of the day enjoying the array of amenities the resort has to offer, including complimentary use of the spa’s pools and full fitness facilities.

Day 2: A day of outdoor and indoor indulgence
Today, you can enjoy the beach and the ocean at your doorstep. You also have the option to get the Activities Centre to set up an outdoor kayaking, canoeing or other adventure for you: the possibilities are endless. In the winter, you can take a stroll along a forest walk, then curl up with a book beside the fire. Day 3: Pender Island to Vancouver
Allow plenty of time for your return journey to Vancouver, so you can stop en route to see the many beautiful vistas and examples of island life. Then from Otter Bay, take a BC Ferry ride back to Tsawwassen on the Mainland.
