Two types of accommodations – luxury safari tents surrounded by forest trails, and comfortable cottages overlooking a picturesque lagoon – lend themselves perfectly to a getaway spent walking through the woods, participating in lakeside yoga classes, paddleboarding or canoeing on Ruby Lake, wildlife viewing and even mountain biking on the resort’s pump track. Treat your finer tastes to classic northern Italian specialties at La Trattoria Italiana, where an eclectic wine list and tranquil lagoon views are the perfect accompaniment to a fabulous meal.
Please note: The Ruby Lake Resort is a seasonal property. The property is closed from November to May. The Safari Tents are closed from October to May and there is a 2-night minimum stay required on all weekends.

Available with lagoon, forest or trail views, safari tents bring luxury to the outdoors. Surround yourself with nature while you relax and enjoy a balcony, a queen bed with a duvet, an electric fireplace and unique rustic furnishings made with local hardwoods. Located a short distance from the tents, the shared washroom facilities provide hot showers, sinks and toilet stalls.
Please note: the Safari Tents are only open May 1st to September 30th.
There are no small children premitted in the Safari Tents.
