You can purchase one of our dynamic packages that includes BC Ferries travel, a hotel stay, whale-watching, golf and so much more. You can also plan your own custom adventure with the assistance of our knowledgeable travel experts.

How do I purchase a vacation package?
There are three ways to book a BC Ferries Vacations package:

- Visit the BC Ferries Vacations Centre at the Fairmont Pacific Rim (1010 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC)
Why does the pricing vary between screens?
BC Ferries Vacations works to ensure that the prices we display are as accurate as possible. The prices quoted are based on availabilty at the time of your initial search. Availability can change in a matter of seconds as the demand for a particular component increases or decreases. For this reason, we display the most current price following your initial search, and then verify the price again when you select a specific package to purchase, and finally when payment is requested.

Why did my quote or booking display two rooms when I only wanted one?
The maximum occupancy for many hotel rooms is 2 - 4 people. This could mean that, if you are travelling with a large party or group, your booking may need to be for more than one room. If you have questions about the best room options for your group, please contact our travel experts directly for assistance.
What methods of payment are accepted?
BC Ferries Vacations accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for payment of vacation packages, accommodation and activities.
Unless specified otherwise, all rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. The price you select does not include any optional incidentals (such as mini-bar snacks or telephone calls). The accommodation will assess these charges when you check out.
Please note: All accommodations require a credit card to be presented upon check-in.
What taxes are applied to my vacation package?
The following taxes and fees are applied when booking our packages:

Are your packages self-guided or escorted?
All our packages are self-guided–you drive. This allows you the flexibility to travel when you want or to customize any of our packages to meet your requirements. If you don't see a package that meets your specific needs, please contact our travel experts to see how we can help.
What if I don't drive a car?
BC Ferries Vacations works with a variety of bus companies who can provide transportation options should you prefer not to drive. Please contact our travel experts to discuss options which can be added to our package offers.
Are there any restrictions on the size of vehicle I can take on the ferry with my package booking?
Unless otherwise discussed, your package allows for one standard vehicle, which must be under 7 feet in height, and no more than 20 feet in length. Over-height or over-length vehicles are subject to additional charges at time of check-in. For more information on vehicle size and descriptions, visit bcferries.com.
Are BC Ferries Vacations tours and packages available all year?
Yes, the majority of our packages are available year-round. Some packages include seasonally based activities such skiing, grizzly bear viewing and fishing. Due to seasonal inventory, some packages are not available to book online. Please call our travel experts at 1-888-223-3779 ext. 3 to book.
What if I need to cancel my Vacations booking?

What happens if I lose my vacation package documents?
For all BC Ferries Vacations packages, customers will be emailed an electronic copy of their vacation package purchase along with travel vouchers, which must be presented at various locations during your trip. If, during your vacation, you lose the documents provided during purchase, please call 1-888-BC FERRY (1-888-223-3779) ext. 3 to have an email copy sent to you.
Can I exchange my BC Ferries Vacations package for a different package?
Yes, changes can be made to your vacation package. Please review our terms and conditions. Please note that additional charges may apply to vacation package changes.
Can I transfer my vacation package to another person?
No, BC Ferries Vacations packages can’t be transferred to another person. Bookings are made in the traveller’s name(s) at the original time of purchase; therefore, transfers aren’t possible.
Can I travel with my pet?
Your pet is welcome on BC Ferries, and many of our accommodation partners accept pets. Please refer to the description tab for the accommodation you are interested in to confirm they are a pet-friendly property. Rates and policies vary between properties, so please call us to confirm the details so we can ensure a worry-free trip for you and your pet.
