Day 1

Day 1 - Vancouver Island to Chase

Ferry: Victoria (Swartz Bay) to Vancouver (Tsawwassen)

Start your day gazing at the pristine coastal scenery as the ferry sails across the Strait of Georgia. From Tsawwassen, you’ll drive through Fraser Valley farmlands, Coast Mountain rainforests and sweeping mountain vistas before arriving in Chase, on the shore of Little Shuswap Lake. Settle into your surroundings by taking a walk on the beach and through the grounds to see the traditional sweat lodge and kekuli (winter house). Then visit Jack Sam’s Restaurant & Lodge for a gourmet dinner and drinks while the sun sets.

Day 2 - Chase

Start your day with serene water views and delicious food at Jack Sam’s Restaurant and Lodge. Chase is best known for its many outdoor recreation opportunities. Fill your excitement quota with an adrenalin-charged day of whitewater rafting. Spend a day fishing, wakeboarding, sailing, paddleboarding, canoeing or windsurfing. Day 3

Day 3 - Chase to Vancouver Island

Ferry: Vancouver (Tsawwassen) to Victoria (Swartz Bay)

Spend the morning immersed in the rich local history with a visit to the quaint former church that houses the Chase & District Museum & Archives. View the talents of local artists and craftspeople by visiting their galleries to browse jewellery, pottery, woodwork, glassware, paintings and more. Then hit the road for the scenic drive back to Metro Vancouver and your return sailing to Vancouver Island.
