Start your day with serene Gulf Island scenery as your ferry sails from Tsawwassen to Sturdies Bay on Galiano Island. After arriving at Bodega Ridge and checking in, let your explorations begin. Hike the Bodega Ridge trails for spectacular views of coastal scenery. Go for a bike ride along country roads. In the evening, visit Pilgrimme restaurant, where Chef Jesse McCleery will delight your palate with a showcase of specialties created with farmed and foraged local ingredients.

Day 2 - Galiano Island

Time goes quickly on Galiano, so even with a full day at your disposal it’s best to start early. Prepare a hearty breakfast in your cabin’s kitchen, then head out for the day’s activities. Visit Dionisio Point Provincial Park to walk the beach, examine tidal pools and watch for wildlife like bald eagles, whales and seals. Spend a day on the ocean fishing for salmon, crab, cod and much more. Go on a scuba trip to experience the Pacific Northwest’s fascinating and diverse marine ecosystem. Cyclists of all skill levels have a wide range of road and trail rides to choose from. Kayak to Wallace Island Marine Provincial Park, exploring intricate coves and watching for marine life along the way.

Day 3

Day 3 - Galiano Island to Vancouver

Ferry: Galiano Island (Galiano Island ) to Vancouver (Tsawwassen)

Greet the morning with a hearty breakfast and coffee on your cabin’s deck. Make your last day count with an invigorating hike along the scenic paths of Montague Harbour Marine Provincial Park, Bellhouse Provincial Park or Mount Galiano. Then unwind and enjoy the coastal scenery as your ferry sails across the strait and back to Metro Vancouver.
