Staying at:
500 Osprey Lane, Tofino, BC, Canada, V0R 2Z0

There’s no shortage of activities to keep you busy during your first full day in Tofino. Start by heading to the beach with a morning cup of coffee to watch the surfers (both beginners and veterans) catch some waves. Wander into downtown Tofino to check out the shops, and grab a bite to eat before setting out on an afternoon tour of your choosing: bear watching, whale-watching, hot springs cove, fishing, or kayaking! Or spend the afternoon beachcombing, biking or making a day trip to Ucluelet to hike the Wild Pacific Trail. Once you’re back at the Inn, wind down with a glass of BC wine at On the Rocks Bar, then settle into your room for the night and let the waves lull you into a blissful sleep.

Day 3

Day 3 - Tofino to Vancouver

Ferry: Nanaimo (Departure Bay) to West Vancouver (Horseshoe Bay)

Make the most of your last day in Tofino by waking up and heading to Driftwood Café, located on the beach level of the Inn. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee paired with a light breakfast or fruit smoothie before a relaxing treatment at Ancient Cedars Spa. Before driving back to Vancouver, take a final walk along Chesterman Beach. On your way back to the Nanaimo ferry terminal, keep your eye out for exciting places to stop off to stretch your legs – like Cathedral Grove in MacMillan Provincial Park where you’ll find 800 year old Douglas fir trees measuring over 75 metres in height. Then it’s time to board your ferry to catch the sunset on your way back across to Metro Vancouver.
