After spending time on Vancouver Island, embark on a Central Coast sailing from Port Hardy to Bella Coola as you sail past glacial fjords and ancient rainforests the heart of the Great Bear Rainforest. During your stay in Bella Coola, find yourself marveling at majestic grizzlies, basking in the lush scenery, and hopping on scenic river-drifting tour with an expert guide. Visit the charming town of Williams Lake, before spending a relaxing evening in Whistler.

Day 1

Day 1 - Vancouver to Courtenay

Ferry: West Vancouver (Horseshoe Bay) to Nanaimo (Departure Bay)

Embark on your journey and sail across the Strait of Georgia onto Vancouver Island and make your way up north to Courtenay. Relax in the seaside community and explore nearby provincial parks.

Day 2

Day 2 - Courtenay to Port Hardy

Stop off in Coombs to see Goats on the Roof as you continue your journey across Vancouver Island to the fishing community of Port Hardy. Once you have arrived, savour the delicious fresh seafood in local restaurants, enjoy the scenic views all around.

Day 3

Day 3 - Central Coast Sailing to Bella Coola

Set sail through the breathtaking West Coast landscape on your way from Port Hardy to Bella Coola. Keep an eye out for eagles flying overhead and orcas, seals and other wildlife cruising along the route.

Day 6

Day 6 - Tweedsmuir Park to Williams Lake

Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before continuing on your journey to Williams Lake. Enjoy the scenic drive and make stops along the way to explore the gorgeous lakes of Tweedsmuir Provincial Park, like Anahim Lake and Nimpo Lake.

Day 7

Day 7 - Williams Lake to Whistler

Staying at: Aava Whistler Hotel

Wake up early to continue along the road to Whistler! Once you have arrived, shop around Whistler Village, purchase a gondola ticket to explore the top of Whistler Blackcomb, or spend the day exploring local trails.

Day 8

Day 8 - Whistler to Vancouver

Enjoy the scenic drive back to Metro Vancouver on the Sea to Sky Highway. Make a stop in Squamish and visit the world-famous Stawamus Chief Mountain or stroll around Squamish Marina to see local marine wildlife and surrounding mountains.

All guests will be required to sign a Release of Liability (Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement) upon arriving at the Lodge.
