Vancouver Island Extended Circle Tour 6 nights

Traveling to: Victoria, Parksville and Ucluelet

From the historic capital city to the quaint seaside escape of Parksville to the rugged West Coast of Ucluelet, enjoy the best of what Vancouver Island has to offer. You’ll take a spectacular BC Ferries voyage from the mainland to British Columbia’s capital on the Island’s Southern tip. Set on the sparkling Strait of Juan de Fuca, surrounded by water with views of the Olympic Mountains, there’s plenty to see and do in Victoria.

After a two nights at the Oswego Hotel in Victoria, you’ll make your way up the island towards Parksville, which offers over 7.5 km of sandy shoreline, a mild year-round climate, a great selection of parks and trails, and an abundance of wildlife. It has pristine watersheds, deep lakes, extensive parkland and forested tracts. Visitors can go golfing, hiking or mountain biking, or enjoy the protected UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Year-round, guests can visit potters, painters, weavers, sculptors, carvers, glass-blowers and many other artisans.

Leaving the Beach Club Resort in Parksville you make your way west to the rugged coastal town of Ucluelet.  At the Black Rock Resort, you’ll experience the wild spirit of Canada’s West Coast at its most untamed. It combines contemporary comfort and quality service with the ambience of Canada’s western frontier. The beautiful architecture – incorporating rock, water, glass, steel and wood – contrasts with and enhances the surrounding landscape. Enjoy the West Coast cuisine in Fetch Restaurant or Float Lounge, which uses only the freshest local ingredients.
