Day 1

Day 1 - Vancouver Island to Whistler

Ferry: Nanaimo (Departure Bay) to West Vancouver (Horseshoe Bay)

From the moment you depart Nanaimo, soak in breathtaking coastal views, both on the ferry across the Strait and as you cruise along the Sea to Sky Highway to Whistler. Stretch your legs at the midway point in Squamish with a quick walk to Shannon Falls, the third largest waterfall in BC. Upon your arrival at Fairmont Chateau Whistler, settle into your room and get ready to explore the Village. Pop in and check out the boutique shops, or dine at one of the many award-winning restaurants. In the summer, make your way back to the hotel for twilight tee time and grab your clubs for a round of golf on the par 72, 18-hole Audubon-certified championship course.

Day 2

Day 2 - Whistler to Vancouver Island

Ferry: West Vancouver (Horseshoe Bay) to Nanaimo (Departure Bay)

Whether you’re waking up to the view of a sun-drenched mountain or watching the snow fall quietly on the village, you are in for the perfect day. Start by sitting down to breakfast at The Wildflower Restaurant which showcases locally inspired dishes, or indulge with their alpine breakfast buffet option. Take the gondola to the top of Whistler Blackcomb, grabbing a hot chocolate at the Roundhouse Lodge before experiencing the PEAK 2 PEAK gondola ride. During the summer, hike the alpine trails and take a selfie with the famous Inuksuk while walking across the new 427 foot long suspension bridge built in 2018. After a full day of excitement, head back to Vancouver along the stunning Sea to Sky Highway. On your return sailing to Vancouver Island, be on the lookout for coastal BC wildlife.
